NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a dedicated Interventional Neuroradiologist to join a growing department of five consultants. You will engage in a variety of tasks including patient clinics, multidisciplinary coordination, and contributing to the Mechanical Thrombectomy Service initiatives.
This position also requires involvement in the department's governance and quality assurance efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient clinics and emergency interventions
Collaborate in multidisciplinary team environments
Contribute to the development of thrombectomy services
Engage in departmental governance and best practices
Be available for weekend working when needed
Requirements:
Qualifications in Interventional Neuroradiology
Experience in mechanical thrombectomy and patient care
Team-oriented spirit within healthcare teams
Capacity for a 40-hour work schedule
