Job Description:

Tap & Barrel is one of Canada's fastest-growing hospitality companies, and we’re looking for passionate and energetic Kitchen Leader to join our team at our Shipyards location. Located in North Vancouver’s bustling Lower Lonsdale neighbourhood. With over 700 seats, this quickly became our flagship location, and at the time of opening was Western Canada's largest restaurant.

As a Sous Chef at Tap & Barrel, you’ll join us on our mission to become the “go-to” restaurant in our communities, creating a sense of belonging for our people and our guests – and to extend our authentic hospitality beyond BC. An Ideal Candidate…

· Has a minimum of 2 years of kitchen leadership experience

· Loves all things hospitality

· Thrives in quick-paced environments and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously

· Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills





· Has a strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation regulations
Has experience coaching team members

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $43,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
