Independent Counselling Enterprises (ICE) is seeking a Community Rehabilitation Manager to oversee multiple Edmonton programs, both residential and non-residential. You will lead staff teams, support clients’ needs, and serve as the key link between staff, families, guardians, and government representatives.
In ICE’s busiest region, the pace is quick and every day is different. You may review support plans, mentor staff, respond to urgent issues, manage resources, or meet with families.
