Ensure machinist goals are communicated and met daily
Oversee performance metrics and support improvement initiatives
Manage setup and assembly of production packaging
Ensure accurate inventory management
Uphold compliance with all safety and regulatory standardsRequirements:
1+ year experience with automated equipment required
1 year experience in a leadership role necessary
Positive knowledge of allergens and control practices
Capability to work in a temperature-controlled space
