This role centers on welcoming Members and assisting them with fitness inquiries in a agile Club environment. You will manage calls, check in Members, and ensure a clean space while addressing Member concerns with professionalism. Being knowledgeable about Memberships will enhance service delivery and strengthen relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in Members for workouts
• Answer phones and schedule appointments promptly
• Help Members with questions about fitness machines




• Maintain cleanliness standards through various tasks
• Conduct Fit-Fix Starter sessions for current Members

Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification mandatory
• Must gain Smart Tan certification within 3 months
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service advantageous
• Familiarity with fitness industry preferred
