Become a key member of The Salvation Army's care team as a Part Time Health Care Aide. Provide essential support to residents through personal care and daily living activities while adhering to care plans.

As a valued Health Care Aide at The Salvation Army, you will help implement care plans and assist residents with their daily needs in a supportive setting. This role includes monitoring health, providing personal care, and maintaining cleanliness in living spaces. You will work closely with Licensed Practical Nurses to ensure residents receive top-notch care consistent with the organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Monitor and document resident health and vital signs




• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
• Engage in social interactions and activities with residents
• Support secure lifting techniques and improve resident mobility

Requirements:
• Certification as a Health Care Aide required
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent education
• Experience in supportive living preferred
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Registration with Alberta HCA Registry
