You will mentor junior team members, operate machinery, and ensure proper set-up and excavation plans through your understanding of site drawings. Your contributions will adhere strictly to Hall's HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive crew productivity and ensure safety compliance
• Mentor and train less experienced labourers
• Operate assigned machinery with precision
• Read drawings to facilitate proper installations
• Identify and assess soil for excavation accuracy

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in pipelaying
• High School diploma or equivalent educational background
• Certification in Ground Disturbance Level 2 recommended
• Capability to lift items up to 50lbs
• Excellent English communication abilities
