St. Joseph’s Home Care is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join our Marketed Services team on a full time basis. You will deliver in-home nursing care and clinical support to clients in Hamilton, Burlington, Brantford, Niagara, and surrounding areas as required.
The role involves day shifts (8am–4pm), roughly 75 hours every two weeks, with a weekend rotation. A valid RPN license and commitment to provincial standards are essential; travel and teamwork with other programs are expected.
