You will utilize Children’s Oncology Group guidelines while coordinating follow-up plans and surveillance recommendations. Manage care for pediatric cancer survivors in two clinics
Develop surveillance recommendations using established guidelines




Communicate care plans to primary care providers
Organize investigations and manage referrals efficiently
Provide insights on the effects of cancer treatments on fertility Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing completed
Current registration with the College of Nurses in Ontario
Experience with Adolescent and Young Adult populations
Solid leadership and cooperative practice skills
