Enhance pediatric cancer survivorship care with UHN as a Nurse Practitioner. This role involves outpatient care, clinical decision-making, and multidisciplinary collaboration to support childhood cancer survivors. Join the Oncology Nursing Leadership team at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre and provide specialized care for childhood cancer survivors, including those with brain tumors and leukemia. You will utilize Children’s Oncology Group guidelines while coordinating follow-up plans and surveillance recommendations. Your expertise will directly impact the patient journey as you work autonomously and alongside a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:
Manage care for pediatric cancer survivors in two clinics
Develop surveillance recommendations using established guidelines
Communicate care plans to primary care providers
Organize investigations and manage referrals efficiently
Provide insights on the effects of cancer treatments on fertility Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing completed
Current registration with the College of Nurses in Ontario
Experience with Adolescent and Young Adult populations
Solid leadership and cooperative practice skills
