DMC is expanding its Geotechnical Group and looking for a talented engineer. This position offers opportunities in geotechnical design, site investigation, and client interaction in British Columbia.
Our ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering. Key skills include project management, technical writing, and an ability to deliver transparent communication. As part of a team-oriented team culture, you will work under the mentorship of senior engineers to grow your skills and contribute to impactful projects across BC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough geotechnical investigations and assessments
• Design embankments and perform reliability analyses
• Develop and present technical reports for client review
• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively
• Collaborate with teams to execute project tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geological Engineering
• At least 2 years of practical geotechnical experience
• Eligible for Professional Engineer registration in BC
• Robust writing and communication expertise
• Familiarity with relevant geotechnical software tools
