We're a family in Guelph looking for a warm, reliable and experienced part-time nanny to care for our baby girl, who will be approximately 3 months old when the position begins.We're looking for someone who genuinely loves caring for babies and has hands on experience with newborns and young infants. Our ideal nanny is calm, nurturing, attentive and confident caring for a young baby, while also being comfortable following the routines and preferences we establish as a family.Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00am–2:00pm (around 30 hours per week). We are looking for someone who can provide consistency with these hours and who is interested in developing a longer term relationship with our family.One parent will often be working from home or nearby, but we are looking for someone who is comfortable independently taking over our daughter's care during their working hours.Responsibilities will be primarily focused on our daughter and will include feeding, diaper changes, soothing, naps, tummy time and age appropriate play, reading, walks and supporting her daily routine. Our baby will be primarily breastfed, so experience with breastfed babies, expressed breast milk and bottle feeding is an asset.Light baby related tasks such as washing bottles, baby laundry, tidying her nursery/play areas and restocking baby essentials may also be included. This is not a housekeeping position, our nanny's main priority will always be caring for our daughter.Our ideal candidate:Has previous experience caring for newborns and infants, ideally babies under 6 monthsIs nurturing, patient,

We are looking for someone who will follow our feeding, sleep and care preferences, limit personal phone use while actively caring for our daughter, and respect our family's privacy, including not sharing photos or information about our daughter on social media.Compensation is TBD and will be based on experience and qualifications.
