Our client, a publicly traded organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking an experienced

Interim VP Finance

to join the business on a

4-month consulting mandate .

This role is ideal for a seasoned finance executive with deep expertise in public company reporting, SOX compliance, and internal controls. The successful candidate will work alongside a strong and established finance team, providing leadership and support during a key transition period.

Overseeing public company financial reporting requirements

Supporting SOX compliance and internal control frameworks

Providing risk management leadership and guidance

Partnering with senior executives on strategic finance matters

Leading and supporting an established finance team through a transition period

Must Have: Key Requirements:

CPA, CA preferred

Extensive public company reporting experience





Robust background in SOX compliance and internal controls

Risk management expertise

Manufacturing industry experience

Proven people leadership capabilities
