Contribute to the growth of the organization by leading and mentoring other team members and sharing your expertise with a broad audience. Be a technical leader who demonstrates excellence Identify requirements,



design and implement generic solutions Diagnose, debug and fix critical issues and defects Write technical specifications, design and test integration documents. Work with global cross-functional teams 5+ years of software development experience with strong working knowledge of design principles including abstraction, inheritance, and system decomposition A team player with a solid work ethic and a reputation for delivering high quality solution Robust C programming skills in a Linux environment Excellent attention to detail and an aptitude for solving abstract problems Experience with automated testing and commitment to test driven software Solid understanding of the data networking industry including LAN/WAN and network layer protocols Additional Desired Skills/Experience

OAM technologies (i.e. NETCONF/SNMP/Statistics and Performance Management/Network and Element management) Model driven solutions Experience Agile practitioner API framework definition and standardization Networking and IP protocols Education Requirements

BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required
