This full time term position includes planning, implementing, and overseeing aquatic programs, including public swim lessons and training courses. Plan and execute swim programs for diverse age groups
Train, monitor, and evaluate aquatic program staff
Teach specified aquatic courses as needed
Analyze program enrollment for optimization
Coordinate with marketing to advertise programs Requirements:
One-year post-secondary recreation certification
Three years’ experience in the aquatics field
Required aquatic certifications and lifeguarding qualifications
