This full time position calls for individuals with at least two years of fine dining experience and a keen eye for detail in restaurant presentation. Your role will include supervising staff, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with management to maintain high service levels.

Key Responsibilities:



• Supervise floor ambiance and overall restaurant presentation • Ensure cleanliness and service standards are upheld in Bacchus • Work with the Food & Beverage Director to handle inventory • Optimize labor management and implement cost-saving strategies • Provide training to enhance staff performance and guest satisfaction

Requirements: • 2 years of fine dining and hospitality experience required • Management/supervisory experience is preferred • Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage standards • Familiarity with Squirrel or Micros technology • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without restrictions
