Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and implement culturally grounded early learning programs • Guide emergent programming with Indigenous pedagogies • Build relationships with Indigenous families and community partners • Promote identity development and cultural safety in programs • Supervise and mentor staff and students daily

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in social services • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in relevant programs • Knowledge of Indigenous practices in early years • Current First Aid and CPR certification • Strong leadership and communication skills
