As Chief of the Facilitation Section, you will guide ICAO’s initiatives pertaining to international air transport facilitation. This role involves developing and implementing regulations aligned with Annex 9 standards, fostering international partnerships, and ensuring seamless compliance with global aviation policies. Your strategic oversight will enhance cooperative efforts across member states and improve traveler identification processes globally. Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic policies for facilitation of air transport
Manage projects related to MRTD and border management
Build relationships with international aviation bodies




Provide comprehensive support to ICAO governing committees
Oversee training and development initiatives for member states Requirements:
Master's degree in relevant field such as international affairs
At least 10 years of experience in aviation facilitation
Familiarity with ICAO and global aviation standards
Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
