In this role, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and crafting accurate estimates while ensuring effective communication with customers and insurance providers. As an Estimator, your contribution directly impacts customer satisfaction and the achievement of the company's KPIs. Key Responsibilities:



• Create detailed and accurate repair estimates • Maintain communication with customers throughout repairs • Ensure compliance with insurance requirements • Attend training and workshops as recommended • Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction

Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 1 year estimating experience • Familiarity with Mitchell and Qapter software • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google platform • Must possess a valid driver’s license
