About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's transformation and strategic roadmap. The CFO will be responsible for shaping a multi-year financial strategy, stewarding major redevelopment and capital priorities, and modernizing the financial services function. This senior financial leader will also be tasked with strengthening data-informed decision support and partnering with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinical, operational, executive, board, government, and community representatives. The role demands a technically credible individual with a CPA designation, executive-level financial leadership experience, and a proven track record in a complex, highly accountable setting.
The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will be a strategic and business-oriented professional with a solid presence and the ability to lead change. They should be adept at building and developing teams and systems, and be motivated by the opportunity to directly support better care, health, and communities. The CFO will be a key member of the Senior Management Team, working to bridge immediate fiscal stability with long-term transformation. This is a significant enterprise leadership opportunity, particularly in the context of the company's Plan to 2030 and the associated health infrastructure renewal. The successful candidate will be energized by the complexity of the role and will be instrumental in driving the organization's vision of a current kind of healthcare, one that is deeply rooted in the well-being of people and communities.
