Reporting to the Head of Engineering, your expertise will guide the project’s technical performance during procurement, design, and construction. With a minimum of 10 years' experience in heavy infrastructure, you will manage deliverables while collaborating with stakeholders to maintain project standards. Your proficiency in both French and English will be key in managing communications and achieving project objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Validate technical analyses and recommendations
Manage engineering document review processes
Chair technical committees to ensure quality decisions




Validate construction inspections and compliance reports
Participate in continuous improvement of engineering services Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil or related field)
Experience in port or transportation projects preferred
Membership in Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
