Suncor is hiring a Health and Wellness Advisor to join the integrated disability management (IDM) team in our Calgary office. You will support employees and manage short-term disability (STD) claims in a timely and productive manner.
You will adjudicate STD claims, assess fitness to work, and coordinate appropriate medical interventions to aid recovery, including developing transitional return-to-work plans with stakeholders.
