You'll be responsible for maintaining and upgrading equipment in roasting and packaging. Engaging with your team and supporting apprentices will be key to fostering growth and embracing improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair equipment across roasting and packaging systems
• Track and manage spare parts to ensure efficiency
• Execute preventative maintenance following established guidelines




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational goals
• Provide mentorship to apprentices and developing technicians
Requirements:
• 2+ years' experience with industrial machinery
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and analysis skills
• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Effective communication skills to simplify technical issues
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
