In this onsite position in St. Catharines, Ontario, you will play a key role in reviewing and moderating content across the platform. Your strong analytical and decision-making skills will be vital as you assess user reports and collaborate with teams to address complex safety issues. Your empathy and attention to detail will guide you through difficult content and high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct detailed investigations of policy-violating content • Review user appeals and document decisions accurately • Identify new fraud trends and assist preventive actions • Collaborate to resolve high-risk cases • Maintain records in compliance with investigative procedures

Requirements: • Minimum 6 months in relevant fields like Cybersecurity • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to handle sensitive content • High School Diploma or equivalent • Ability to work evenings and weekends
