• Manage and align Support Services staff and resources
• Conduct safety audits and compliance inspections
• Communicate and liaise with other departments
• Lead staff training initiatives and record training progress

Requirements:
• Two years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment
• Diploma in a related field from an accredited institution
• “Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps” training
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and ongoing development
