Alto seeks a Senior Legal Counsel specializing in Ethics & Compliance to ensure adherence to regulations while promoting ethical standards. This impactful role supports a transformative train project in Canada. You will report to the Director, Ethics & Compliance, providing expert legal guidance and leading compliance initiatives. The focus includes developing policies on privacy, conflicts of interest, and managing ethical violations—essential for maintaining the integrity of Alto’s operations. Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal and compliance guidance
Oversee compliance program development and execution
Conduct privacy impact assessments as required
Create training content and facilitate sessions
Investigate compliance breaches and violations Requirements:
Law degree with membership in Barreau du Québec/Ontario Bar
Minimum of 5 years in ethics & compliance roles
Robust communication and analytical skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
