You will ensure seamless payroll processing and guide employees in utilizing payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify and process employee payroll information accurately • Administer advantages programs and enroll recent employees • Maintain detailed and compliant payroll records • Assist with onboarding and training for payroll software • Generate reports for benefit reconciliations and audits
Requirements: • At least 3 years payroll administration experience • Proficient in payroll software and database management • Strong attention to detail and time management • Well-versed in HR policies and labor laws • Commitment to obtaining Payroll Compliance certification
