Seeking a bi-lingual sous chef to assist with all restaurants and banquets of a luxury hotel.
Qualifications
must be fluent in French & English
minimum 2 years in kitchen management in an upscale restaurant or hotel
must be very driven and creative.
Responsibilities
Supervise all daily operations of an intimate fine dining restaurant and pivot to an outdoor outlet during the summer season.
Bring recent ideas, knowledge and skills to continuously improve culinary practices and team performance.
Participate in scheduling based on budgets, promote ongoing training and team development, and encourage teamwork within the kitchen and with other departments
