• Manage program implementation from order to production • Oversee APQP processes and facilitate PFMEA creation • Liaise between teams for timely product and process design • Track tool completion timing and program launch metrics • Ensure ergonomic work cell design and resource coordination

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field • 5+ years’ experience in program management or launch coordination • Proficient in process knowledge and technical blueprint reading • Robust communication and analytical skills • Experience in manufacturing workplace
