This position is designed for an experienced advisor who will guide the integration of First Nations and Métis perspectives into strategic planning. You will research and implement multifaceted consultation strategies, ensuring they align with SaskPower's corporate objectives. Key Responsibilities:



• Provide strategic consultation on multiple organizational functions • Lead initiatives addressing business needs and operational challenges • Develop and deliver presentations for diverse audiences • Facilitate change through strategic project implementation • Build and maintain strategic networks within and outside SaskPower

Requirements: • Degree in relevant fields or equivalent work experience • Five years in policy development and community engagement • IAP2 training considered an asset • Solid communication and interpersonal skills • Proven project management ability and decision-making skills
