In this individual contributor role based in Ottawa, Toronto, or St. John's, you will report to the Vice-President of Supply Chain & Logistics. Your mission will be to enhance procurement for training, flight operations, and support services for the Royal Canadian Air Force's cutting-edge training program. Your role will foster solid vendor relationships to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic procurement and contract negotiations
• Document supply chain workflows and ensure ISO compliance
• Build Indigenous partnerships to support procurement strategies




• Track financial performance within the procurement process
• Collaborate with multiple departments on purchasing needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain functions
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with strong leadership capabilities
• Experience in problem-solving and risk mitigation
