Vancouver Coastal Health is hiring a full time Obstetrician/Gynecologist for Sechelt Hospital. This role focuses on maternity care and gynecological services in a vibrant coastal community. As part of a close-knit medical team, you will provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services to a growing population. This position includes elective procedures, on-call responsibilities, and prospects for career development through teaching and collaboration with other health providers across multiple facilities. Key Responsibilities:
Offer on-call obstetric and gynecological care
Conduct elective surgeries and manage outpatient services
Provide oversight of community office operations
Participate in department and hospital committees
Mentor and train surgical residents and fellows Requirements:
Full medical license from the College of Physicians of BC
Fellowship in obstetrics/gynecology
Demonstrated surgical competence in gynecologic procedures
Minimum obstetric experience required
