This full time position requires a seasoned nurse with a minimum of five years NICU experience. Key Responsibilities: • Provide just-in-time clinical mentorship on the unit • Collaborate with clinical educators for nurse development • Orient and support new nurses in their practice • Conduct debriefings to enhance team skills • Promote a patient-centered approach to care

Requirements: • Five years of recent NICU clinical experience • Proven clinical competence and mentoring skills • Active CRNM registration required • Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing preferred • Proficiency in effective communication
