The Area Supervisor oversees operations at Beyond the Bell sites in Brantford and Six Nations. In this leadership position, you will manage staff recruitment, training, and performance, create engaging learning methodologies for children, and build strong community partnerships. Your responsibilities also include maintaining records and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:



• Model effective leadership and support YMCA core values • Supervise staff and manage training and scheduling • Develop and implement creative learning strategies • Maintain relationships with community and school partners • Manage operating budgets and monitor program enrollments

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in Child and Youth Studies or related field • Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience • Knowledge of child development practices • Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification • Reliable transportation for on-site support
