Tomorrow starts now!ResponsibilitiesPrepare and adjust blasting equipment according to specifications; Perform sandblasting operations on metal parts in accordance with established standards; Conduct visual inspections to verify the quality of treated surfaces; Perform first-level maintenance and upkeep of blasting equipment; Maintain a clean and safe work environment; Strictly follow all safety procedures and quality requirements; Collaborate with other departments to meet production schedules and quality expectations; Complete operational reports and documentation; Perform any otherrelated duties as assigned.Job RequirementsEducationHigh School Diploma (HSD) or equivalent; Ideally 1 to 3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Technical SkillsKnowledge of sandblasting techniques and equipment; Understanding of industrial safety standards and procedures; Ability to perform thorough visual quality inspections.Personal CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality; Valuable physical condition and ability to work in a dusty environment; Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently; Team-oriented with a positive attitude and respect for procedures and instructions.Ready to Join Us?If you can see yourself succeeding in this role, we encourage you to apply and become part of the DCM team!DCM is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
