Key Responsibilities:
• Act as main contact for departments during events
• Manage operational details across game days
• Assist with scheduling ice and court usage
• Lead event production meetings with staff
• Generate and manage event cost estimates
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of event management experience
• Ability to manage budgets and settle events
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Prior venue operations experience is a plus
