Senior Liability Examiner – Toronto, ON, Canada

ClaimsPro LP – International Programs Group (IPG) is an independent third‑party administration (TPA) team that provides claims services for Lloyd’s of London syndicates, domestic insurers, self‑insured entities, and organizations with high financial retentions.

Compensation range: $67,200 – $93,300 CAD per year.

IPG offers a hybrid working model, available anywhere in Canada, with a energetic team that delivers quality service to internal and external clients.

Role Responsibilities
Examine moderate to intermediate complex property claims
Produce reports with occasional guidance from Manager
Direct field adjusters on task assignment and investigations
Settle claims directly with insureds or their representatives
Administer claims payments/settlements through trust accounts
Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure clients’ needs are met
Report back to the syndicate or self‑insured party according to their guidelines

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess a solid technical foundation, excellent planning and organizational skills, and the ability to address key issues with solid solutions. Motivated, detail oriented, and excited by challenges in a rapidly growing organization are desirable traits.

Relevant post‑secondary education (asset)
Completed CIP courses or working toward CIP designation
Independent adjusting license
3–7 years’ experience in claims adjusting and/or examining
Exposure to the Lloyd’s market (asset)
Positive contribution to a high‑performing team

Attention to detail and qualified communication skills
