Lead negotiations for Tipalti Services and vendor contracts
Coordinate complex legal inquiries across departments
Influence the development of operational legal templates
Manage a full portfolio of independent legal matters




Foster collaboration on procurement and compliance initiativesRequirements:
Law degree (J.D. or equivalent), in positive standing with Ontario Bar
Minimum 8+ years in business contracts and technology law
Familiarity with SaaS, DPAs, and NDAs
