As part of the School of Health and Public Safety, you will lead the implementation of experiential learning opportunities and strengthen partnerships with healthcare organizations. This senior-level position requires exceptional communication and strategic planning skills while supporting academic objectives through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate WIL activities across multiple programs • Oversee placement management systems for compliance and accuracy • Develop standard WIL policies and procedures • Build strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learning experiences
Requirements: • Diploma in health-related discipline, education, or related field • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare education or practicum coordination • Experience developing partnerships and managing stakeholder relationships • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Smartsheet experience is an asset
