Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, this role requires you to develop and manage comprehensive health, safety, and wellness initiatives for the hotel. You will administer disability claims and the Group Benefits Plan while serving as a key resource for employee inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and French will be a valuable asset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development and implementation of safety management systems
• Coordinate the return to work program for employees




• Administer disability claims with confidentiality and care
• Prepare monthly safety reports for committee meetings
• Drive employee education regarding benefits and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years in Health & Safety or Benefits management
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Dayforce
