Drive the Product Development Lifecycle as a Senior Technical Program Manager with Lightspeed. In this role, you will create a cohesive execution model bridging Product, Engineering, and Design. As a foundational member of the Product & Technology Operations team, you’ll define a robust framework for the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and develop trusted metrics for work flow visibility. You will navigate complexities across various business units while fostering stakeholder alignment for smooth PDLC adoption. Key Responsibilities:
Design PDLC framework for all Lightspeed products
Establish metrics to pinpoint workflow bottlenecks
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders for adoption
Define AI roles versus human responsibilities in PDLC
Revise the framework periodically based on performance Requirements:
