Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs • Direct new training initiatives and innovations • Support Training Coordinators during shifts • Assess and address training needs with leaders • Collaborate with experts to enhance training content

Requirements: • At least eight years in open pit mining or training • Solid digital literacy in Microsoft Office Suite® • Familiarity with Training History Program is beneficial • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required • Proven supervisory skills with training experience
