Colliers' Debt Advisory team in Edmonton is seeking an Associate to support and grow with an active commercial real estate debt brokerage practice. You'll work on live transactions across Alberta - first mortgages, construction loans, bridge financing, and structured debt - and develop the skills to eventually originate and manage your own client relationships. The expectation is that you're building toward being a producer. We'll provide the mentorship, platform, and deal flow to get you there.
