The Teaching Principal will oversee a unique learning experience for 2-5 students while also managing daily school operations. This includes developing inclusive curricula and fostering community relationships that support student growth. You will ensure the school is well-equipped and operational at the start of each term.

Key Responsibilities: • Create and implement engaging,



tailored lesson plans • Supervise daily operations for a safe school environment • Build connections with families and engage the community • Manage school budget and compliance practices • Mentor support staff and enhance professional development

Requirements: • Valid BC Teaching Certificate and relevant educational degree • Experience with diverse learning needs and remote communities • Robust organizational skills and leadership capabilities • Commitment to Indigenous educational practices • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
