Completion of high school education University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance will be given preference Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive) At least 2 years' relevant experience in claims adjusting Must be able to immediately qualify for a level 1 SK adjuster's license Ongoing commitment to education and learning, preferably pursuing CIP designation Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause-and-effect dynamics Ability to draw valid conclusions and effectively communicate them Ability to interpret complex legal documents Ability to perform and understand advanced numerical calculations,
