Kenroc, a leading specialty building materials supplier with 14 locations in Western Canada, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and grow our customer base while ensuring efficient order processing and delivery. You'll engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person, always presenting a skilled image while meeting their needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety practices • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers • Assess customer needs for building material inquiries • Accurately enter sales and purchase orders • Process daily sales transactions and balance cash drawers

Requirements: • GED and at least one year of sales experience • Strong customer service and time management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Solid verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
