Alberta Health Services (AHS) invites newly graduated Registered Nurses to join the Graduate Nurse Transition Pilot Program (GNTPP) in Grande Prairie. The program emphasizes a guided growth path rather than immediate independence, pairing you with experienced peers to build skills, competence and confidence in a secure setting.
The GNTPP lasts 12 months in two phases: Enhanced Orientation with a Clinical Guide, then Independent Practice with ongoing mentor support.
