This position requires an experienced Automotive F&I; / Business Manager with an active OMVIC license. You will structure finance applications and ensure compliance with all regulations while collaborating closely with our Sales team for optimal deal flow. Candidates should possess solid negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with lenders.

Key Responsibilities:



• Present financing and lease options for customers • Submit finance applications to secure approvals • Maintain compliance with OMVIC and privacy laws • Collaborate with Sales for smooth deal processing • Manage deal funding from contract to clearance

Requirements: • Active OMVIC license in good standing • Minimum 3+ years as Automotive F&I; / Business Manager • Familiarity with dealership management systems • Strong ties to automotive lenders and financiers • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
