You'll connect with individuals and families, identifying needs and facilitating access to services that are crucial for their well-being. Key Responsibilities:
• Participate actively in community cultural and support initiatives
• Inform and connect families to relevant resources and programs
• Refer individuals to appropriate services based on their needs
• Maintain a respectful and organized outreach space
• Complete documentation and prepare reports on community engagement
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Social Work or related field
• Two years of community outreach experience required
• Proficiency in Cree and Dene languages preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
