Key Responsibilities:
Manage recreation event planning and oversight
Mentor staff and promote a positive work setting
Develop and analyze departmental strategies and reports
Ensure compliance with community and cultural standards




Foster relationships with internal departments and external groups Requirements:
Degree in relevant fields such as Arts or Community Development
Five years of relevant experience, including project management
At least two years in a leadership role
Must possess a valid Class Five Alberta Operator’s License
