Key Responsibilities:



• Upload and process customer invoices accurately • Apply cash receipts and reconcile remittances • Manage collections with a supportive approach • Maintain AR aging and collection notes • Coordinate billing inputs with internal teams

Requirements: • 2+ years in AR/AP or combined role • Post-secondary degree in Accounting or Finance • Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and ERP systems • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Solid communication and customer service skills
